The domain name www.tryndbuy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) belongs to Try And Buy Fashion Design Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at H 392, Shastri Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as “Try And Buy Fashion”).

The usage of the Website and its services along with tools is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a visitor on the Website. Try And Buy Fashion allows the User to surf the Website or make queries without registering on the Website. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Try And Buy Fashion.

  9. Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

In no event shall Try And Buy Fashion, its affiliates, partners or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website, even if Try And Buy Fashion has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Try And Buy Fashion’s aggregate liability for any direct damages arising in connection with the Website shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Try And Buy Fashion in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of the Website.
