About the role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at PointAI, you will own models that power our virtual try-on, size recommendation, and personalization experiences used by global fashion and retail brands. You will work end to end—from data pipelines and experimentation to evaluation and production-grade APIs.
What you’ll do
- Design, train, and ship ML models for virtual try-on, fit, and personalization.
- Build robust data pipelines and evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Take models to production with reliable, well-monitored inference APIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into model improvements.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on ML quality and experimentation practices.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong Python and deep learning experience (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid grounding in computer vision and/or recommendation systems.
- Experience with model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Comfort owning systems end to end, from data to deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative models, diffusion, or 3D/graphics.
- Familiarity with real-time inference and edge deployment.
